My name is Kyla Gagnon, I have been facilitating conscious connected breathwork for 5 years now and have had the honour and privilege to have served over 1000 men and women.Â
My life was completely changed after one single CCB session in 2019 and it has now been my life's work to share this with as many beautiful humans as I can.
I have a very strong passion for this type of deep work being shared and facilitated in a really good way, an honourable way, a clean way and it is with great joy that I am opening the doors to our FIRST COHORT of The School of Breath Medicine.... we begin January 2026.
I received my original certification through Numa Somatics Â
APPLY NOW FOR 2026The Medicine You’ve Been Searching For
There comes a time on every healer’s journey when the mind is no longer enough.
The words, the frameworks, the coaching tools — they’ve taken you far.
But now… you’re ready to go deeper.
Into the body.
Into the breath.
Into the space beneath the story.
This is the realm of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB).
And it may be the missing piece you’ve been sensing — the one that brings your work, your healing, and your impact to an entirely new dimension.
Why Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Whether you’re a coach, therapist, yoga teacher, energy worker, or simply someone deeply committed to your own personal growth, CCB is a transformative modality that allows you to access what talk-based processes often cannot.
Breath doesn’t lie. It doesn’t bypass.
It goes straight to the nervous system, the emotional body, and the subconscious.
It’s a direct line to what is stored, unspoken, and unresolved.
Where traditional methods may keep someone circling the same patterns, CCB offers a somatic portal to liberation — a space where emotion, trauma, memory, and energy can be met, moved, and integrated through the innate wisdom of the breath.
For the Coaches & Space Holders
You already hold powerful space.
You know how to listen, guide, support, and reflect.
But what if you had a tool that bypassed the mental loops and led your clients directly into embodied transformation?
With CCB, you’ll learn to:
-
Guide clients into altered, resourced states that open them to clarity, intuition, and release
-
Support emotional processing, grief work, and inner child healing in safe and trauma-informed ways
-
Bring regulation into dysregulated nervous systems (including your own)
-
Expand your capacity to hold big energy without burnout
-
Deepen the somatic layer of your offerings — whether you’re leading retreats, sessions, or circles
This is not just an addition to your toolkit — it’s a full-body, full-soul upgrade to the way you hold space.
For the Self-Healers & Seekers
Even if you never intend to guide others, this journey will meet you at the most personal, sacred level.
You will:
-
Learn to regulate your own nervous system and expand your emotional range
-
Deepen your relationship with your breath, your body, and your truth
-
Process and integrate old pain and patterning that words alone cannot touch
-
Reconnect with your power, your boundaries, your voice, and your inner wisdom
-
Embody presence — not as a concept, but as a lived experience
This is not just a training. It’s a year-long ceremony, a right of passage into your own wholeness.
The Intention Behind the School
This training was created to bring reverence back to the breath — to treat it not as a trendy tool, but as the sacred, ancient medicine it truly is.
It’s for the men  and women who want to hold breathwork in integrity.
Who understand that trauma-sensitive facilitation matters.
Who are tired of seeing this work offered recklessly by those who don’t have the nervous system, maturity, or skill to do it well.
If you feel called to walk this path — to guide others home to themselves through the breath, safely and soulfully — you belong here.
Â
You Will Learn:
-
Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitation (theory, safety, technique)
-
Nervous system + trauma basics
-
Somatic resourcing and regulation tools
-
Emotional body mapping
-
Energy & fascia work
-
Pranayama and alternative breath practices
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed language
-
Nonviolent communication
-
Space holding, safety, and boundaries
-
Ethics, referrals, and scope of practice
This is a well-rounded, grounded, and spiritually-integrated approach to breathwork facilitation and I am THRILLED to journey it alongside YOU

Meet the incredible guest teachers for your training
Â
Module 3 Support Teacher, LV Kusch
Â
LV brings over two decades of experience in maternal and mental health, specializing in breath, trauma recovery, and integrative somatic therapies. A licensed therapist and Certified Breathing Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in Applied Breathing Sciences, she bridges respiratory science with the emotional body in a way that’s rare, rooted, and deeply embodied.
Her work draws from a psychophysiological, sensory-motor model that blends biofeedback, somatic breath therapy, and behavioral science — offering students a nuanced understanding of the breath’s role in healing trauma and enhancing self-regulation. She has completed over 1,500 hours of breathwork training and holds professional memberships with leading therapeutic and breath science associations worldwide.
As the Canadian National Representative to the International Breathwork Foundation and a member of their Science & Research Committee, LV is a powerful voice for breathwork as both art and science.
Her background in creative movement and decades of witnessing birth have given her a reverence for the wisdom of the body and the sacredness of transitional experiences. She teaches not only from intellect, but from a place of embodied knowing, precision, and profound care.
LV is a gift to this training — offering you the chance to learn from a teacher who honors both the measurable science and the ineffable mystery of the breath

Support Teacher + so much more , Meg Aris
Meg is a lifelong student of the body and its stories. With a background that blends Pilates, yoga, somatic movement, trauma-informed practice, and mind-body coaching, she brings a deeply intuitive and skillful approach to embodied healing. Her passion lies in helping others uncover the unique language of their body — through movement, stillness, sound, or sensation — and reconnect with the innate wisdom that lives within.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that the body is the keeper of our stories, and that movement is one of the most powerful ways we can reclaim them. Whether supporting clients through nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, or playful curiosity, Meg meets people where they are — and guides them gently into the next chapter of their journey.
Meg has served as faculty for Pilates and yoga teacher trainings across Canada, built and led programs within studios and wellness clinics, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Writing and Anthropology. Her presence in this training brings both practical expertise and a beautifully poetic lens on the human experience.
With a rare combination of precision and compassion, Meg helps you reconnect to the awe and wonder of your body — and inspires you to move through the world with more aliveness, curiosity, and truth.
