Gmail has changed some things and emails are getting lost in new "tabs"

-promotions + social 

1. Check the PROMOTIONS tab for any of Kylas emails  and drag it / them to PRIMARY.

2. There will be a yellow bow appear asking if you'd like to do this for all future messages, PLEASE CLICK "YES"

3. This same step can be used for all emails in the SOCIAL tab

*** Still can't find Kylas emails, check your junk or spam || if it's there, click the box to the left of the most recent email and check "NOT SPAM"
