to keep it short and sweet we ( society ) have been living for a very long time disconnected from our intuition, our emotions, our wisdom which ALL live.... in our body.

We live quite full time in our head ( thinking, planning, doing, organizing, surviving )

Practices such as BREATHWORK, and specifically breathwork are tools to bring us back into our body, in my opinion bringing us HOME.

Ā You emotions ( more specifically ) your trapped or supposed emotions live in your body, and until you actually take the time to BE WITH THEM, they will remain... THERE... TRAPPED... and taking you over.

So we breathe.

We take time in our "SUPER BUSY LIVES" to be with ourselves.

I knowwwwww that some of us are indeed actually very busy, AND creating a schedule that is OVER FILLED is often a subconscious tacit to AVOID THE TRAPPED EMOTIONS that would show up if you were still for even a momentĀ
